1.What is Red Punching Process?
The red punching process is an advanced hot press process developed on the basis of fine forging and hot extrusion, which improves the mechanical properties of the parts by changing the processing method. The red punching process heats up the metal billet and puts it into shape in the mold like fine forging process. Therefore, Bolt hot heading machine has a wide range of applications in the fields of machinery manufacturing, daily-use hardware products, national defense, aerospace parts and so on.

(6) The mechanical properties of red punched parts are good, because after red punching the metal billet is heated, extruded and cooled, its metal structure changes, eliminating the original defects caused by casting or drawing, so that the internal crystal structure of the parts is inward and outward in a linear form, which improves the mechanical properties of the red punched parts;
(7) After the red punching of the parts, the internal grain of the metal has been refined, enhancing the density of the metal and improving the corrosion resistance of the parts;
(8) It is suitable for all kinds of colored or ferrous metal processing.
