Strengths of piston.

1.Precise flow control: The movement of the piston can achieve more precise flow regulation and control, which helps improve the accuracy and reliability of water meter testing.(Ultrasonic water meter have strict requirement on small fow rate testing,piston make more accuracy testing of Q1 and Q2).When we test flow rate of Q1 and Q2,we use piston,the computer can automatic adjust the valve to control flow rate,manual adjust of valve is not needed,how many water should push from the piston full automatic controled by computer.

2.High durability: Pistons are usually made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, have a long service life, and can maintain good performance in frequent testing operations.

The device Q1 to Q2 is verified by piston, which has many advantages such as wide flow range, stepless flow regulation, accurate flow detected point, fast flow regulation, good flow stability, low energy consumption, low noise and high verification efficiency; Q3~Q4 using weighing method for verification, dynamic commutation, to ensure sufficient stability of the electronic water meter time and water consumption. The piston device can be traced to the weighing method, and the comprehensive performance of the whole device has the international advanced level. The calibre of the device is DN15 ~ DN25(½'~1'), and the flow range is (0. 002~8) m3/h. It can carry out the verification work of mechanical impeller type water meter, ultrasonic type water meter and electromagnetic type water meter.

 The device is designed with a dual standard structure incorporating both the gravimetric and piston methods, leveraging the advantages of each standard. The device uses the piston method for Q1 to Q2, offering a wide flow range, stepless flow adjustment, accurate flow measurement points, rapid flow adjustment, good flow stability, low energy consumption, low noise, and high verification efficiency. For Q3 to Q4, the gravimetric method is used, featuring dynamic switching to ensure sufficient stabilization time and water volume for electronic water meters. The piston device can be traced back to the gravimetric method, and the overall performance of the device is at an internationally advanced level. The device is designed for verification diameters of DN15 to DN50 and a verification flow range of (0.001 to 50) m³/h. It can be used for the verification of mechanical impeller water meters, ultrasonic water meters, electromagnetic water meters, and more.

5. What is the warranty and after-sales service of the water meter test bench?

The warranty period for both manual and automatic test benches is one year. If the equipment fails during the warranty period, we should actively cooperate with the customer to identify the cause of the failure and provide remote assistance or replacement parts promptly.

Equipment damage caused by improper operation or natural disasters is not covered by the normal warranty.

New functional requirements on the software side are not covered by the normal warranty. Whether the service is free or paid will be determined based on the actual situation.
