The three important conference rooms in the command center are responsible for the main tasks of daily meetings. While hosting internal meetings, they also need to communicate with external venues simultaneously to connect various event sites.
The conference room requires a conference display system, a video matrix switching system, a conference speech system, a conference sound reinforcement system, a conference recording and broadcasting system, a remote video conference system, a paperless system and a central control system to support various functions of the event command center. Daily operation: Frequent and stable operation reflects the convenience, advancement and stability of the event command center equipment.
At the same time, the building needs a broadcasting system to play background music, which can be switched to fire broadcasting in case of a fire emergency to provide a daily relaxed working environment while also ensuring safety in the building.
Project Design：
According to the actual needs of the event command center, AISP Tech designed advanced conference systems while meeting the functional requirements: a hybrid video matrix system was used in the venue with LED screens, and the system host adopts plug-in The card-type design can solve the switching of various signals; the conference speech uses a wireless conference system to cope with the frequent movement of the conference table and realize convenient speech: the three conference rooms at the venue are equipped with sound reinforcement systems in the form of line arrays Perform sound amplification to provide audio guarantee for the venue; a conference recording and broadcasting system is set up in the paperless conference room of the venue. The system uses a recording host + camera to record and live broadcast the audio and video of the venue; it is set up in three conference rooms A set of remote video conferencing, video conferencing can be carried out between the three conference rooms and outside, providing a remote communication basis for the event command; each conference room adopts the conference room central control system, and the equipment is switched and controlled on the tablet to provide the venue Convenient control provides convenience: 22 paperless conference terminals are installed in the first conference room, responding to the advocacy of the National Environmental Protection Conference, providing convenient services to the conference, eliminating various paper and printing costs and time. Functions such as meeting room issues, sign-in, voting, and document browsing and annotation can be realized on paperless terminals.
