First, "look."

If you find that the engine temperature is too high or the temperature indicator light continues to flash, you should stop the machine to check whether the cooling water in the water tank is normal, and whether there are leaks in the water tank, water pipes and various joints. If no abnormality is found in the appearance check, the cooling water can be replenished as needed before continuing work.

If the temperature is still found to be too high after working for a period of time, and the cooling water is found to be greatly reduced after stopping the machine to check, it is most likely due to the sand hole or perforation of the water jacket of the cylinder. After discovering this fault, repair it and do not take it lightly.

 

Second, "catch"

If dirt adheres to the radiator, it will affect the cooling effect over time, resulting in high water temperature. The radiator grille can be blown with compressed air and then flushed with a water hose.

Third, "touch"

When the engine temperature is too high, you can use your hand to touch the temperature of the water pipe and the underwater pipe to determine the fault. If the temperature difference between the two water pipes is very large, you can judge that the thermostat is not working. If the accessories can not be purchased for the time being, you can remove the thermostat for emergency, and the accessories can be replaced immediately.

 

Fourth, "put"

If there is air in the cooling system, air resistance will be formed, resulting in poor cooling water circulation and high engine temperature. Bleeding can be used in the following way:Let the engine run at high speed, gently unscrew the water tank cover until the gas is released. At this time there will be part of the cooling water with the gas outflow, so many times until the gas discharge (at this time with a hand touching the upper and lower water pipe temperature will be significantly different). After troubleshooting, the cooling water should be replenished in time.
