The transverse bending problem encountered by the slitting machine during the production.
Raw material twists and turns: the stress of the steel plate in the rolling process is not completely eliminated. After shear, the stress is released and presents twists. When the central stress of the plate is released to both sides, it presents plates twists to the outside; When the stress on both sides of the plate is released towards the center, the plates turns to the center.
Twisting due to burrs: During shearing, improper adjustment of the blade gap causes the burrs to become larger. During winding up, there are burrs at the edges, which is equivalent to a larger plate thickness, and then the edges expand and become twisted.
Uneven gaps between the upper and lower blades result in twists and turns: when the left and right gaps are large, the indentation on the cut part is also relatively large, and the expansion is greater than that of the small left and right gaps, resulting in a tortuous appearance
Bending caused by uneven tension: During winding, the same tension should be applied throughout the entire width of the steel plate. If the tension is concentrated on one side, it will exhibit twists and turns.
The twists and turns caused by the rapid movement of the correction equipment: During the process, if the speed of movement correction is too fast, the side in contact with the correction will experience partial extension and bending.
If the plates undergoes bending after shearing, it will seriously affect the quality of the plates winding up. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to eliminating various possible causes of problems, such as equipment adjustment, operation methods, etc. Of course, it may be one of them, or it may be a comprehensive reason.
