Main Applications

 

SOT vacuum spiral track friction tester (hereinafter referred to as the tester) simulates the contact motion state of the ball inside the bearing under a certain pressure, a certain speed, and a vacuum environment (the motion trajectory of the steel ball is spiral). The test is carried out by controlling and changing parameters such as load, speed, and time, and the changes in friction force and friction coefficient with the number of rotations are monitored and recorded in real time. This is to evaluate the material properties, lubrication effect, and life status of high-speed bearings under extreme sliding-rolling ratio conditions. It can be used to evaluate the lubrication life of lubricating oils and greases under vacuum conditions.
