Rules for the use of grinding beads in sand mills

For materials that need to be ground, the more viscous they are, the heavier the beads should be selected.

·Under the premise of ensuring that the fineness can be ground, larger diameter beads should be used as much as possible (such as cerium stabilized zirconia beads Hymega®ZY6.1);

·the finer the required discharge particle size, the finer the diameter beads should be selected (such as Yttrium stabilized zirconia microbeads Hymega®ZY6.0-Pro);

·when the initial particle size and final particle size span is large, segmented grinding can be used. Different diameter beads are used for each equipment, with larger beads for coarse grinding and smaller beads for fine grinding.
