The grinding machine is mainly composed of feeding system, grinding simplified, mixing system, transmission system, electric control system and cooling system.

The basic structure of the sand mill is a cylindrical grinding cylinder, the grinding simplified periphery is equipped with a cooling jacket, the center of the cylinder is designed with a stirring shaft, and a plurality of stirring blades or stirring rods are fixed on the stirring shaft according to a certain spacing. When the sand mill is working, the inside of the grinding cylinder is filled with a certain proportion of grinding media, and the pre-mixed and evenly dispersed materials are sent to the inside of the grinding cylinder by the feeding system according to the production process requirements. The mixing shaft is driven by the transmission system, and the grinding medium and grinding material inside the grinding cylinder rotate at high speed under the drive of the mixing shaft. The grinding medium collides with the inner wall of the grinding cylinder and springs back to form a grinding turbulent zone.

The violent collision between the adjacent grinding medium, the grinding medium and the rotating agitator, and the grinding medium and the inner wall of the grinding cylinder produce strong impact, extrusion, friction and shear effects on the material particles. Under the continuous feeding condition of the feeding system, the solid particles in the material are repeatedly ground and crushed through each grinding turbulent zone in turn, and the materials with particle size and particle size distribution that meet the grinding requirements are separated from the grinding medium by the separation device and discharged from the discharge port.

The feeding system can control the feed flow of materials to control the grinding time of materials in the grinding cylinder. According to the structure shape of the rotating agitator, the sander can be divided into disk sander, rod sander and convex sander. According to the arrangement of the grinding cylinder, it can be divided into vertical sander and horizontal sander. According to the volume size of the grinding cylinder can be divided into laboratory sand mill, small sand mill, medium sand mill, large sand mill and large sand mill, according to the separation of the grinding medium can be divided into static separation sand mill and dynamic separation sand mill, according to the energy density (unit volume installed power) can be divided into low energy density sand mill and high energy density sand mill.
